Luis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, an Executive MBA and a Master’s Degree in Finance (Energy concentration).

Luis is performing an OEM Product Advisory and Strategic Partnerships role with WPP.  Importantly Luis serves as a key communication bridge between WPP and major OEM’s like GE, Baker Hughes etc.

Understanding customers and market needs to develop business together with Product Lines, promoting Alstom portfolio, focused on achieving financial objectives (KPI´s), with compliance performance.

Building up a new department within Iberia Thermal Service organization. I had the task to select resources, execute projects on going and developing business, creating a training program, closing internal agreements with others Alstom Business Units to stablish right work lines, division of works and frameworks.

It was a product oriented organization, later on after changing to a functional one, responsible for managing the Iberia Sales department, where he developed and designed new processes for sales.
